UCN members - Great progress is coming!

UCN Members have always dialed our customer service team member and made a request by phone. This has been a very slow and tedious process. You have had to wait for a rep to contact you back, had to wait for an answer from your desired campground related to price and availability, and then had to wait for a confirmation from UCN. Some members see this process as charming and endearing, we now see it as challenging and ripe with issues for our members.

For the next few weeks or months, this process will still be available for those who desire "old school" processes; however, our goal is to change completely for the good of our members. We will provide you plenty of communication for any and all upcoming changes before they happen.

Just so you have a foreshadowing of our plans. A few things will radically change: 1) We are building out a new protocol with campgrounds where they have to provide our members clear and simple percentage savings for each of your stays. They/We will accomplish this by requiring the campgrounds to provide our members with a special Promo Code with a corresponding "set savings percentage."  Members will simply log-in and then go the campground's corporate website, search for what you want, go to check out and then utilize your member promo code to realize your savings. Real-time savings with Real-time confirmations.

In addition, members will be issued log-in credentials. All Promo codes will be protected behind a log-in  page to protect the integrity of the campground's pricing. All UCN members will become Gold Members and have some new merchandise benefits they have not seen before. Members will also be offered an opportunity to upgrade to become Platinum members which will have drastically increased travel benefits. We hope all members will want to become Platinum members.

Once you receive your credentials in a few weeks, you will always go to the log-in link on this website and choose your respective membership level, click on the picture and then subsequently log-in. Then you will select your resort of choice, click on the link, search their corporate website, build your stay and then use your special promo code for a reduced check-out member price.

You will log in to your respective Gold or Platinum site, find your Promo Code and "deal" for the resort of your choice.  Then click the link to your chosen resort, make yout selections, and then simply go to the resorts check out, put in your promo code and see the price immediately drop - book your stay and ready yourself for your upcoming stay.
